2 Questions in one

1. I am allergic to bloodworms but I want to feed my JD them so he will more of a variety besides brine shrimp/beefheart/hikari pellets/market shrimp anyone have any ideas on how i could do so without setting off my allergic reaction? Would be greatly appreciated

2. I have my temp at 79 degrees for my Jack Dempsey and 2x Senegalus is that ok?

or you could go with redworms theyre pretty small

I mean i could give it a try..never thought of tweasers lol only thing that came to my mind was latex gloves but thats too much of a hassle

could you fill me in on redworms? not quite sure what they are frozen live or?

you can get them at alot of fishing stores for about $2 for a tub of 50 and theyre about 1-2 inches long kinda like small nightcrawlers

ummm I can really only think of bait and tackle stores maybe big 5 would have them, or possibly petco although I doubt it, how big is your JD?
