when you start getting into 6 foot tanks you can over stock a little probably 8 could be housed fairly comfortably full grown as long as you have the filtration to match (over filter... ALOT).Scarycakes;4114001; said:

i'd say 3 in a 55 but not for life you'll have to upgrade to something with atleast a 4 foot length and 18 inch width (75 gallon) once they hit the 9-10" mark
