2 silvers

I was told one or six arowanas in a tank. I was also told that 2 would be fine together in my tank. I have a 24'' silver and I might pick up a 17'' silver. Can I keep them together in my 500?

Chances of keeping a pair of silvers is about 33%. Unfortunatly there is no way to tell if it will work until you try them together. You just need to have a way to separate them if things go bad.

Depends on the aros. MFK member Flagtail has several living together...I myself have a 22" and an 18" Green that get along ok, big one does chew on the small ones fins though.
