2 things that irritate me.

I need to let off a little steam here. I visit this site damn near everyday in hopes of learning something new about this hobby, and usually I do. But I got a couple things to b*tch about.
1. Why can't some people spell or make complete, understandable sentences? By the time I wade through all the B.S., I forgot what the hell the topic is. So I give up. There may be usefull info there but who can tell if the post is written so poorly. Couldn't we all take the time to preview what we are posting to make sure it's readable and it makes sense?

2. It seems like every other thread is something like "I just bought this....what the hell is it?". If you don't know what it is or you don't know how to care for it THEN DON'T BUY IT !

Is it just me or do I need another beer?
O.K. I'm done, thanks for letting me vent.

Although I am sometimes guitly of what you just mentioned, I can say that I agree with you totally. There is no excuse to mangle the english language, unless it's not your native language.
Periods and commas are not that hard to use, and they are right there on the keyboard!!

My pet peve is when people use "there, their, and they're" wrong. Drives me nuts!

Exactly.
No one is perfect, me included. In fact, I may even spel the word spell with only one "L". But you get what I'm saying. It's the every damn word that's spelled wrong and the zero punctuation crap that ought to be banned IMO. And by the way I do cut our foreign brothers and sisters some slack, if this was a German site I would hope they would do the same for me.

I totally agree with your both. They're reasons that some people can't put together a correct sentence or spell words correctly, its because english might not be there first language. But for the rest of you english speakers, there is no excuse. Ima get me another too.
 
man, i agree. if you're born here, you need to learn how to spell correctly. something else that bothers me on these boards though is the lack of common sense and false info that is spread around. fish people, on average, seem dumber to me. we need a survey to measure our intelligence.
