I would definitely medicate with Metro and Prazi. You can use a product called General Cure (combo of both). Miles reported double dosing with no ill effects, so double down!

Is the ray interested in food at all? Sorry to hear about this, it is frustrating as hell!

No the ray shows no interest at all in the food that I offer but she has become more active this week

just make sure the water is pristine and if you can keep the ray isolated in a dark place it would also provide a better place for that ray.

Ive had a 2-3 rays that did not eat for a month or two and they were fine ( they all eventually ate ).Give it a stress free environment at the moment.

Not trying to be mean but are you trying to save rays or somthing? You always buy some bad shape rays but if you can turn this one around you are a great fish keeper

Throw a sheet over the tank and stock up on feeders. Its worked in the past for me.

That bottom side is so JACKED UP.. I have 2 thoughts

1) Bad Sand - Very abrasive and did massive drama

2) Bad Rays - he sent you crap rays but tried to cover up by sending pictures of healthy ones
