as long as its not frozen solid, they're fine


OP- what kind of tank size do you have? it should NEVER stop moving. they tend to slow down a little bit as they get larger (just like the elderly, they really have no place to go and all the time to get there) but should never stop completely

water temp should be 65 or below for one this large, and highly oxygenated.
