Failed test in 4500g. Cuban gars think the cheek is food, not friend.

 
Dead in 2 days. Two tank transfers and 8 hours in the 4500 gal and receiving 2-3 bad bites from cuban gars were enough to cause the cheek to very slowly go into shock and die. Fourth try is a failure. Need a large tank with totally peaceful mates to ever try again.

Had such a tank (25K gal) years back but the cheeks were horribly deformed and were euthanized. Now have a normal cheek and no suitable tank.

Had it 10 months. From 10 inches to 20 inches. 1 inch per month.
