How is that helpful to the original poster? What species? Bluegill are sunfish and can get 16 in long...
Warmouth are sunfish too and it's already been stated they get too big.

Not sure where they get their data but Natureserve lists them as 41 cm, which is 16.14 inches.

I just scooped some nice mollys, etc. from a small local spring here in N Florida.

Go to your local lake/pond/river/whatever. Do some chumming. Breadcrumbs, etc. Scoop with net, and see what you got. I ended up wtih a few species... need to post a pic for an ID on one, but the others are the native molly and gambusia. Think the one I need ID on is a dace of some sort.

Have you ever seen any albino mosquito fish? I have not but looking for them as heard they do excist .

I have 5 black/white and some with gold flecks males .
I put them in a mosquito fish only pond with females and in over a year have only gotten reg drab looking males.
