they live to climb so a 20 high is ideal
but a 20 long will be fine

srry man but id stay away from the rhaco types (cresteds, gargs, etc...) if its a 20 long. But what you can do and what a lot of other people do is flip it on its side so its a 20 tall, and yes cresties are a great choice

fire skinks are great and that size is ideal for them
