What all do you have on that aquarium equipment wise? CO2 is needed, as well as a fertilizer. For ferts I recommend Greg Watson's ferts. I'd recommend a 65W PC, 6700K or 10,000K bulb. If you already are using good ferts, and have a co2, pressurized or sugar/yeast, and at least 40W of lighting then I'd say you have too much ferts, or to much surface agitation. Without the fert, co2 and lighting in balence you will have algae everywhere. I would consider some amano shrimp, or RTBS to get rid of all of it.
 
Wow really nice jungle look wish I could get plants to grow like that.I cant even get java ferns to grow.
 
Ouch, thats kinda sad dude. :D Plants are easy to keep alive, it's the getting the to grow like mad that is hard.
 
i dont have any ferts or co2 and i have a 20watt bulb. its weird the plants just grow, the only algae i dont lik it that black stuff on the plants the green stuff is cool
