Yeah ive read this before. The fish are being kept by themselves, so theres no threat of foriegn disease or parisites. They were takein from a private pond and thats where they will end up. I wouldnt release them if they were kept with other fish. Im just doing the same thing as other fisheries who stock ponds and lakes. Just doin it myself so i dont have to pay someone for the fish that go in my pond. Thanks for your concern though.

Awesome, Ive been trying to find some bullheads for my pond, just wondering, is it a good idea to release them once they have been in captivity.

Well I wasnt plannin on selling them or even givining them away. This is just my personal stocking program.

I know, a ton of people were asking you(and I wanted some too) so i figured I would comment. I guess I may just order fro aquaculturestore, since I can seem to find any around here. I havent found any ponds that are not on private property.

hahaha yeah its crazy when you see the big clusters.

Yeah they eat a ton. So far they have ate a whole bag (the large one) of brine shrimp. And also have been eating pellets. Most of them have already doubled in size. Im thinkin ill keep a few in one of my tanks. Ill try to get picks up in a bit or tomorrow.
