I think you just got yours, and it is still pretty small right. I believe most reds start to really show their color around 12 inch, so around the 1 year old mark. So be patient bro, it's worth it.

yeah i just got them.. I know it takes a few year to get the real colour but i got all the time in the world now. I keep watching them like 2-3h aday now lol. I love these little fellas

About the lighting, it's Colormax from Coralife, 3 sets of 3' on each tank.
