ahh i c. th eonly reason i got it, was becasue my URO was beating the living crap out of my GT, and i had to remove the GT to a hospital tank, and i decided i would give the uro a lil work out, i was hoping to score a male to go with the female uro, and they could be friedns, but the Uro started to beat the crap out of the RD and i had to remove the Uro and let it fight with the RBP. she has learned a new respect for those fish..LOL

its all trial and error when it comes to mixing fish. choose the risks you are willing to take and go for it. oh and have fun after all it is a hobby

so how big do texas cichlids get, big enough to possibly hang with a uro, rd, and GT?

im also seriosly considering a jag, or talking to the guy selling the real GTs in the for sale section.. what do you think?

thats abit harsh on the uro with the rbp'S is he fighting with them, i would take him out all you have to do is go out for awhile and no more uro

no the uro isnt fighting with them, they get fed way too much to car about live prey. he is just scared of them, and the tables have turned on her,she has already killed on rd/midas in about 1 hour after into, so she is 5" she can hold her own agian the RBP. i had a female con hold of these 4 RBP for like 6 months, and she wasnt even 4".

oh yea the uro has been with the RBP for about 3 days now, with no nipped fins or battle marks. :D

I would try a Texas and Red Tiger or regular Mota!
