The aro's color pops way more w/ the new sand. I bet it would pop even more if you went back to the blue background. Looks much better w/ the sand tho.

Clown loaches have a prickle on their back what could seriously harm your Aro or ray... I wanted that combination too but on the Dutch stingrayforum it was dissuaded.

Thanks. My loaches are 7-8". My Aro won't even touch a 3" Severum. He's very tamed and was raised in a community. As for the pair of marble motoros I've had them for 7+ months and so far so good with everyone. This tank with this stock has been set up for about a year now. Haven't lost any fish yet from being eaten.
