Wanting to try some DIY tank drilling and plumbing with the free 55 gallon I got. Maybe a step over to the dark side with it (salt.)
Lots depends on if the workload and hours get back up to normal at my workplace.
If not, this will be the year of bare minimum.
I see more DIY stuff and better/cheaper LED setups for the year, as well as a continuing trend in nano tanks.

I was going to experiment with new (to me) types of filtration. Pothos may very well make my to do list F1, as well as changing a couple of my FX5's over to wet/dry filters.
Other than that, this will be my grow out year for most of my fishies.

Buy one. They're awesome. I have mine in a ten gallon and I swear he is as responsive as my red devil. Definitely an underrated fish.
