Thank you so much Greg.Man is it nice to actually see a Oscar being taken care of properly. Good on you, well done. Fantastic looking Oscar!
Hi Eric. Hope you are well. No stray cats. LOL. I feed him Hikari and Dainichi. No sump. I have the 2 Penguins on it and do 80% water changes every week.Geez, what are you feeding that thing, stray cats? lol Do you guys have a sump also or are the two Emperor 400s enough to maintain?
Hi Dawn![]()
wow, i have a Penguin 350, an EMP400 and a 70g canister on my 125g and it still doesn't seem to be enoughHi Eric. Hope you are well. No stray cats. LOL. I feed him Hikari and Dainichi. No sump. I have the 2 Penguins on it and do 80% water changes every week.
How many fish do you have in it?wow, i have a Penguin 350, an EMP400 and a 70g canister on my 125g and it still doesn't seem to be enoughlol maybe i just have too many fish haha
uhm, 10 cichlids and 9 catfish i think but nothing is anywhere NEAR Big Boy in sizeHow many fish do you have in it?
Thank you....yea, catfish are awesome, i love them because they are such a diverse group of fish and come in so many shapes and sizes. Truly evolved in every way and adapted to survival in almost any body of water, fresh, brackish and salt.....plus they make great tankmates for almost any fish, especially cichlids that don't tolerate most other fish. I'll always have love for Oscars, but i just can't do it now, i have way too many aggressive fish that would not be good tankmates for an Oscar. i tried it before, but i learned my lesson and i don't want to see one of my favorite fish die miserably. You have beautiful fish. My favorite is the Catfish. I have 2 Pictus in my 55.
