Brachyplatystoma filamentosum - giant of giants. My friend has seen 400 pound ones caught, with pictures to prove. These are distinct from the ones that are caught in Brazil or Peru.
1. the rivers do not connect and flow different directions
2. their colors stay different when they get larger., the Suriname ones are bluish with a square pointy head.
3. These are found all the way from Freshwater headwaters, eating piranhas all the way down to the ocean. I have one piece available, still in quarantine, probably will take a few weeks, I want to make sure it eats well and heals from shipping. The fish is about 12" big, Shipping via air cargo only.
