nice tank and sump but i hate plastic plants ... unnatural for me

I don't know that anyone actually loves fake plants, it's just with some of our occupants real plants just are not an option.

Yup , or they don't want added maintenance.

I love the setup what are the dimensions ? One of those stick on black backgrounds would looks great on that. Especially concealing the over flows. What are the planned fishes ?

I'm pretty sure it is a 72x24x29, same size as my dovii tank. :)

Thanks for all the kind words guys. It needs a few things but limited funds. Did you notice the UV light return (picture 4)? This will also help keep the slime from forming in the sump.

*LowCel, I had this light system on my 75 gallon and ran out of money for a good light system. This is like having a killer stereo system with crapy speakers. Maybe in the next few months.:D

*Dimensions are as stated. 72x24x29

*Yes, plastic plants suck but better than nothing.

Here are a few pictures of the tank stocked. And what I use for cycling my last three tanks.

Very nice setup. It looks like everything was well thought out and meant to be last a while. Good job.

My only question is why did you go for the shorter light? Do you prefer the sides of the tank to be darker? I've seen some tanks like that and they usually look pretty interesting.
