it no where near finished! its not my vision yet! i still gotta mount the heaters which im going to do right after this! get more rocks and pick out some fake plants and im DONE! ive just been taken my time and bs'n at that. no worries im really in no rush!

im gonna get more lava rocks and spread them out towards the back and stack some. mostly all the tangs are hugging the rocks! itll color up when i get the fake plants in!

I'd say more likely its methylene blue(or could be a trace copper solution), and it's a disease treatment(a lot of distributors use it as preventative measures, doesn't necessarily mean the fish are sick). I've seen fish shipped in blue and green water before, and I think that both of them are used as something to keep the water somewhat sterile, consume any ammonia produced, slow the fish's metabolism, or all three.
