I just noticed it this morning. He seems to be doing fine, not breathing hard at all. I have NOT try to feed him yet.

Anything that I can do other than hoping for the best ?

He's 22" long in a bare bottom tank. No decoration at all, just water and fish. He must've either spooked himself and hit the lid or one of the wall. He's in the 600 gallon tank, 10 feet long by 3 feet wide.

That's sucks, such a nice looking fish!

I have a 19" Tig myself, occasionally still crashes in the glass walls as well. Got a slight downward curve to his nose since about 12", but hasn't gotten worst. I touched his nose after I fished him out recently, it is SOLID. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do. Clean water, maybe some salt as I'm sure you already know as an experienced aquarist.

I just fed the tank, he ate as much as usual. So far so good.... The tank is on continuous drip so water quality is always top notch.

I think this may be equivalent as a broken nose in a human. The bent nose doesn't seem to interfere with eating or breathing habit. I can careless of the bent nose, I just want to make sure that he'll be allright

Sorry you had that happened....For sure he got spooked and rammed itself into the glass. It happened to mine (18") and now the nose healed slightly bent downward. The way I see it, you have two options.
First one is to catch it and gently readjust its nose (preferable under sedation) and hope that it will not do the same thing again while healing - this comes with the high risk of stressing the fish even more and possible killing it and it can only be done sooner after it happened, otherwise the nose bone will heal itself solid the way it is right now.
Second option (and what I would do) is to just leave it the way it is and once trauma effect is gone the fish will start eat, etc.
Either way, keep your water as clean as possible to prevent infection ....I hope for fast recovery and keep us posted....Good luck.

Sorry to see that bud, hope hes ok.

Nothing you can do about it, the fish given enough space and water quality will survive.
This is why I don't keep tig's with other fish

He's been in the same tank with another tigrinus, 2 pacmans and a megaladora irwini for a long time. I have never seen bickering or fighting. Just as safety precaution, I am going to move the other catfish to another tank and let him be on his own.

Thanks

Stan
