He is the only thing keeping me going at this point. The last shred of the hobby that has grown to consume my being, all else seemingly gone in an instant.

Good luck with all, we have allot of ups and downs.

Thanks and Well good luck with everything. Maybe we should exchange info so our wifes can complain to each other about fishtanks...lol.

Nightmare! Grateful that no one was hurt though.
Based on my own personal experiences I offer you the following advice. Give the fish the a friend and shut down operations for a few months. It will give you more time with your new baby and a lot less to worry about. It also shows your wife that you're priorities are straight (even if they already are). Wish I had done that.
Hope you don't mind my 2¢.
Best of luck.

Hey man.

Just goes to show how special the ladies who are hooked and take part in this forum are etc. Gotta love'm. You said you're renting, has the owner caught word yet? Any chance he/she's into fish?

To refine what I said in my earlier posts ( sorry ya'll had to witness that :) ) on the grand scheme of things it's not that bad, I know it's easier said than done but God forbid, it's all just 'stuff' you know. In due time it'll all just be a memory of "that one time when". All fixable... keep pluggin' away. Peace - N
