Don't know how I missed this thread when it was first submitted but I just finished reading it and its a doozy....It's like you've been taking heavy fire from all directions but thankfully you seem to be handling it as best you can so good for you and hang in there...This kind of thing happening has always been a concern of mine as most of my tanks,including my biggest were purchased used.

He already got a replacment 225, lol....
 
Yep. All is well now guys. The fish I saved and a few more are now hapily swimming around their new home, a deep sea aquatics 225g that my wife bought for me brand new.
 
Good to know all is well now. I have a 120 that it's about 9 yrs old and I am really contemplating on getting an acrylic just to be safe. Plus it does not help that I move every 3 years!

All is great. I actually moved this tank twice successfully. It failed over a year after the last move.
 
Im so sorry. I had a 55 bust a seam once and yours is 4 times that. My heart goes out to your lost fish.

I cried when I lost most of my fish to an outage years ago.
