220 gal. headache

So many options.... First off, I receive a 220 tank (72"x24"x30"). It will be filtered by 2 fluval fx5's. The substrate will be medium sized gravel mixed in with fluorite on the lowest level topped off by eco-complete Amazon substrate. I wanted to have the top layer nice and fine for a motoro. so here are my questions:

1. Suggestions on stocking?
DEFINITE LIVESTOCK: cichla mono, motoro
QUESTIONABLE LIVESTOCK: green terror, xingu I, odoe pike
WISHLIST: tigrinus, red-tailed barracuda, black arowana

What can I keep from from these lists? Any other suggestions?

2. Where can I buy these fish? I cant find a Tigrinus on any websites and black arowanas seem to be a hot commodity as well. Also, I want a red-tailed Barracuda real bad, does anybody have these?

aquatechnics has some black aros for sale pretty often. i got one from them a couple months ago and its doing good
 
have ALL of them lol, i wish i could get a 220g, any pics?
 
the 220 arrives in 2 hours. there will be pics.
