  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
did you put a power head in the big rock pile so crap wouldnt accumulate in their?
did you get the rock from a landscaping place?? looks good

They are all peacocks. Though looks like all or largely male. Do you really think he'll have trouble Mike? Plenty of rockwork, and a large tank. If anything I would say there are too few fish, for fear of dominance, based on the photos... but it doesnt look like there are 75 bodies in there.

It looks fine now, but said many were under 2 inches. I also see a few haps in the mix. This mean they will get a little bigger than 5 inches. Plus larger tank allows peacocks to grow larger. I have had many in larger tanks get past 6 inches in a few years. Over time this tank will be pretty full. Think about 75 full grown haps and peacocks? Peacock can be peaceful, but I have had a few dominate ones that can ruin a tank.

I plan on weeding out the lesser ones as they get larger.I plan on approx 25 adults in the end. My brother took 10 out today for his 75. So maybe the population will thin out sooner than expected, lol. Thanks for the comments guys. All the rock came from a quarry by my house. I dont have any powerheads behind the rocks yet but I have been thinking about it. I am running a mag 24 as a return from the sump and that gives me mucho flow.

Awesome...I love it!!!
