Should be able to watch in HD.

I had just cleaned the front of the glass with Windex which the midas did not like and hid. The castle is short term - last time the H. carpintis "Escondidos" bred it was on the back glass and the midas ate the eggs after 15 minutes. I'm hoping they'll spawn in the castle so I can remove it.

Inhabitants are-
11" F1 male A. citrinellus
8" V. regani
(2) 5" v. argentea
5"/7" pair of H. carpinits "Escondido"
5"/6" pair of exC. festae
6" exC. bocourti
2" exC. grammodes
4" C. godmanii

When I got the fish the bocourti and grammodes were the same size...

I've done a bit of thinning out and additions recently, but this should be about the final stocking. There have been some territorial squabbles (you can see some damage on the regani, carpintis, and an argentea) but they're doing all right.

I've always heard that grammodes grew slow but that is absurd.
But so worth it :)
And they don't all grow that slow. One of mine has put on 1" this month, and he's going to be a beast. But the other 5 I got are growing painfully slow.

Love me some Nandopsis

Correct, I've had other grammodes that grew at a more "normal" rate.
