725 for whole setup. Read the list of stuff above. Seriously, these are brand new LED lights and everything you need. Literally just completed the tank when I was forced to get rid of it.

1225 for setup with snakes.

When I first read your post I thought the sale was for a controlling gf, or wife... But the fact that it's just some lady downstairs complaining makes it even worse. Sorry about your situation. I'ts a very nice setup. Goodluck with sale...
 
This seriously has to get out of my apartment or they will evict me.

600 for full setup, 1100 with snakes.

Won't bump it lower than this but if I don't see any responses by the weekend I'll sell the individual parts of the setup.
