I got a new Oscar today.

dude that tank is so cool i love that tank cuz oscars are the fish that really got me into fish a long long time ago. but yea dude love the tank and love the fish.
 
stunning oscar tank mate,one of the best i've seen in 25 years (and that includes my own !) will be more awesome when they grow a bit !
 
I took the drift wood out and put in a few big smooth rocks. They were all getting banged up on the wood and I wanted to give them some more swimming room since they're starting to get big.

How big are these guys now? Are you seeing any pairing behavior yet?

Thanks, I don't like it as much but there is soo much more swimming room now. When they are all full grow I may have to take out the rock too. There are 6 in there now and a Lemon in a growout tank. As soon as he is big enough to eat the bigger pellets he's going in.

they range from 5-8". No pairing yet and I'd be happy if they never did. I'm worried how things will go when they do. Right now everyone messes with everyone so there are no problems.
