2260 same as 2262 or did petsmart screw me

that is just it, he said not to open if if I havn't, so i cant tell pump, I do know that is says 1500, then the numbers say 2260 and it was 294.00 I think but even though the pump is 2262 pump why would the canister be smaller, I just noticed that my actuall invoice that petsmart sent me saying it was a classic 60, never heard of that either way, It is bs, because.. because were am I gonna find a 2262 for the 300.00 even if mine has the 2262 pump I also want the large media capacity since in my planning this will run my 225 rainbow and tetra tank. let me get a pick of the box of the supposed 2262 in compassion to the smaller 1200xl.
 
I was at a local big al's on the weekend. They had a 1500xl looks identical to your photo but it had a big round sticker (think it was round) that said 2262 special edition on it. (likely going to purchase it within the next couple weeks)
 
I haven't been at home all day, told the gf to do it and she said she sees no sticker on pump at all, and besides that I want the bigger canister capacity for media as well

The canister bodies and all the other parts are the exact same. The only difference is the 2262 comes with the 1262 pump (900 GPH) and the quick disconnect fittings. Actually when your get the 2262 filter, the pump has a decal sticker on the end of the pump that states it is a 2262. If you buy the pump separately, the decal states 1262.
