Hope he comes through and actually replaces it. Still sucks you have to get rid of your RTC that you've had for a long time. I actually had to have a vet remove a large piece of filter out of my RTC's belly. I had him to long to just wait and see what happens.
I get paranoid when we have company over with small children. I watch them like a hawk. Luckily my son is not old enough to throw a tonka truck yet, but he's getting closer.
