If you live in an Igloo or an extremely cold house, then yes, night heating is a good idea. Other then that, i realy don't see why people do it. It's not natural at all.

With bearded dragons yes but with igs temps bellow 20c is asking for trobble Same with many others tropical animals

i use heat pads 24/7 and ceramic lights during the day
