Do you have a good contact at the zoo? A few years ago, I tried to contact them about some other fish that I thought would look good in their exhibit, but they never returned calls. I am sure they get more requests than they can honor, but I was a little surprised to not even get a call or email back...
Pictures might be a little tough right now as the RTC is in a stock tank and I could only get top down photos. I'll have to give it a try, as I know I would be much more interested with a picture.
It really bugs me having to give this fish away, as it is the best cat I have ever had. I guess I still have the option to look for mature fish to house with it, but that can get quite expensive.
