240 gallon acrylic not leveled

Maybe, maybe not, but the surface that the tank is in should be level, period. If you put foam under a glass tank, it will shift the weight from the corners of the tank to the bottom panel, and that can be bad.

Yup i busted a 40 breeder that way.

I had a 20 gallon tank with styrofoam under it, and it was fine for a while, but it eventually started leaking because the styrofoam shifted the weight to the bottom panel, and eventually weakened the seal.

Ooops his tank is acrylic so our issues wouldnt appy. Still should be leveled in my opinion
