I'm thinking I'm gonna let it go after sump and lighting and everything else it'd be over 1500 I'm looking for 1000 for full setup

I got a 225 with a stand,sump and wet/dry for $400. The tank isn't perfect but it looks good enough to keep in the living room. Keep looking because your going to need to buy lights, filter, stand, substrate, heater etc. Its going to be SUPER expensive. Wait until one comes up on Craigslist that someone has to get rid of by a certain time or something and you will get a good deal and some accessories.
i would say if you have a 75 gallon that you can turn into a sump go for it you can always use 4' florescent light like me i have 40 in one tank that could not be suspended and 20 in the one that is suspended. you buy a good return pump for 150 and build a stand for 100 and media another 100 and you are only sitting at 850 or 750 if you get the tank for 400
