First off, sorry I didnt get any pictures while I was building the stand, just after it was finished. So if you have any questions on it, please just ask!

I made the stand a total of 30" height which includes the styrafoam. The frame was made of 2"x4"s. I used 3/4" plywood for the inside, top, back and ends of the stand. I also made the end plywood pieces so that I could remove them to be able to put in or take out my wet/dry. I made the doors as well cause buying them would have been too expensive. The center door is Red pine, the next two out are White pine, and the two end doors are Spruce.

Also I left the trim off on the ends and back until I get the tank set on the stand so that you be able to keep your fingers on the bottom of the tank while setting it down.

It is stained, I just went with a really light color, just enough to pull the color out of the knots and wood grain. No the back is not going to be really open, but I am going to cut or drill a few pretty big holes. Just havent done that yet cause I am not sure where to put everything.

Nice. Gotta love that country look. :grinno:
