Yup. He's only about 7"-8" long right now. He regularly interrupts spawning on some of the bigger fish, but I have a soft spot for synos. He's got a heck of a dorsal trailer going on as well. He generally chills in one of the caves, but darts out as soon as food hits the surface of the water.
I keep him in my 180, an angelicus in my big predator all-male 150, a group of multipunctata in my mixed up mostly-male 125 (since spawns in there would be trash anyway) and a granulosus in one of my 75s. Synos rock. I highly recommend the OP consider keeping one of them as well.
Mokujin awesome tank, I went with the all male setup and couldn't be happier. I will get some new pics up tonight. I picked my males by going here http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/category.php?cat=1 and to the peacock section of same site. They have pictures and temperaments to not only other fish but con specific temperament to see if you have a better chance of keeping a few males together if you would like.
