Thinking about turning the 240 Tanganyikan.

Stock suggestions?

NO FRONTS!

depends on what you want...community? Biotope? Species tank?

community- calvus, compressiceps, brichardi, beuscheri, lelupei, moori, shellies...
Biotope?...don't have a clue....
Species tank...and of those others in large numbers...but that is usually not a good idea...maybe try some neolamprologus Kendalli...stunning aggressive fish!

Looking more for a community, not that into Petrochromis.

How does this stock work?

2 Neolamprologus buescheri
13 Lamprologus stappersi
2 Cyathopharynx furcifer
2 Altolamprologus calvus
2 Julidochromis marlieri or dickfeldi
4 Neolamprologus leleupi
? Tropheus sp.

Too much? Too little? Incompatible?

Comments or amendments to my list are appreciated.

Thanks

Looks good except for the featherfins and trophs. Cyathopharnyx are extremely easily intimidated and will not do well in that set up. Needs to be in larger groups to do well and be kept by themselves. The trophs dietary needs will not fit well with the rest of the tankmates.

I would consider a LARGE group of cyps in there for some colorful topwater action
