Looks good except for the featherfins and trophs. Cyathopharnyx are extremely easily intimidated and will not do well in that set up. Needs to be in larger groups to do well and be kept by themselves. The trophs dietary needs will not fit well with the rest of the tankmates.

I would consider a LARGE group of cyps in there for some colorful topwater action

I wouldn't completely agree with that. This tank is one of the local guys is SLC. He has one of the rarest Cyanthopharnyx in the country in his community 125. C furcifer foai "nyaza lac", there were only 50 WC specimens brought into the country. http://www.utahaquatics.com/viewtopic.php?t=9561&start=30
I don't want to post all his pictures so you can take a look here.

it was mainly the lelupi and julies that worried me. Both can be pretty territorial. That's a sweet tank for sure. Mine never spawned for me until I removed all tankmates but a group of cyps. Then they all spawned like rabbits

I would definatley go neolamprologus, and lepidiolamprolgus...Some pleuromac's, some Nkambe, Sexfasciatus...about 5 or 6 multipunctatus cats....i currently house all of these and they are awesome!

go for the cyathopharynx..!
get a large group like about 10 as the main fish in the tank and take out the extra males
also get a large cyp group and some shellies
altos are also a a plus in this kind of tank because its peaceful and slow movment

you can make a simple tank just with tons of sand and some rocks on a side for the calvus to dwell and for the females cyathos to take cover every other moment

stay away of species from the ''brichardi type'' because eventualy you will end with a 240g species tank

Piles of rock on both ends of the tank some Julidochromis ornatus, N. Busheri, then spread some shells for some N. similis or N. multifasciatus, C. furcifer, and Xenos of the sand sifters, for the open waters C. kitumbas the best looking Cyps, one fish can have all the colors you want, and maybe some lamprichthys tanganicanus, if you have black background then add Para. nigripinnis they tend to stay on the walls of the tank, or go with the 600 multifasciatus. good luck with your choice.
