Just a boring text update:

With hesitation, I've sold the rest of the silver dollars to a member to lessen bio load and almost equally important, to give the smaller guys a chance to eat. Those silver dollars were pigs!! A ton of fun but they eat absolutely everything I throw in with wreckless abandonment!

I'm hoping to see a bit more growth in the next few months.

Other than that, things remain relatively calm and they're all happy EXCEPT for maybe the smaller Midas, as he's the punching bag for larger Midas. Keeping close eye on that.

Finally have some time to update.

The stock has dwindled down to just a pair of synspillum, a pair of Bifasciatus and an argentea. During the time it was fully stocked, there was way too much aggression. I did enjoy the active community but felt horrible for the fish and knew they could not grow to full potential if I didn't thin the stock down. Additionally, I did lose one synspillum and think it was the Midas, but could be multiple culprits.

For now, the setup is working with each pair owning half of the tank while the argentea hangs out and tough to fend for itself.

Here's some photos.
