Yep! The same kind you buy at the grocery store and yes the Silver fish are the white long body fishes frozen into a block usually. Usually found in Asian grocery stores and they are NOT the same as silver sides. Silver Sides break apart and thawed and fed, the silver fish remains firm like shrimp.
