Amazing fish Jed.

The cichla are beautiful

The RTGG is stunning

The African aro is a very nice touch!

How does the Jardini get along with the cichla and especially the other aros? Any main aggressors? Whats your main diet?

This is Monster.

Thanks! I don't think the RTGG isn't that nice of a specimen but thanks for the compliment though :)

Jardini get along fine.

Maine Diet for my fish is Trout Pellets, Turkey hotdogs and Silver fish.

Turkey hot dogs:nilly: doesn't that pollute the water pretty quick?

Not really. I do a weekly water change and everything is ok.

 no agression whit jardinis
and wow does african aro andles the big boys

No aggression whatsoever. Africans handle fine. a few torn fins like other fish but nothing to worry about.

Unless Azuls drop in price I don't see myself getting one anytime soon. Putting value of fish aside, if someone offered me a nice temensis and a azul and I could only pick one. I'd go with the temensis. Temensis are #1 in my book.

Can I ask what your nitrates are with that load?

Last I checked it was fine. I dont check Nitrates as aoften as I do the pH or Ammonia but when I do the color chart reads fine. So I guess it's zero.

Ammonia is zero as well. What I need to watch out for is my pH. After I do a water change the pH should be aroudn 7. After a week the pH can drop to 6.
