so their basically charging ya $1200 for a w/d system? thats nuts, i built one from tip of intake to tip of out put, and everything in between for under $100, pump and bio included. it shouldnt take more than $200 to biuld a nice diy w/d for that tank with 2 pumps, but if your not handy in that sort of thing i'd just buy it.
Hey man is it just me or does that price seem really high for a 250g acrylic? Have you looked at ATA in Long Beach? I don't know how good they are, but they have a 240g acrylic for $849, and a 265 for $999. You could get a 600g for the price these guys are charging you

I can get a bigger tank, plus all the other things for under the price of the others places tank! jesus, thanks for reffering me.. plus i only live about an hour away from them! Phew

yea, if u want their tank for their build quality, then it's fine, but don't get the extra stuff, like stand or wet/dry. they're ripping ur balls off w/that kinda price man...just go into the DIY section to see if u want to take on a home made stand and wet/dry challenge, save u a crap load of $$ so u can get some nice stockings ^^. o, btw, i know many ppl don't like the sun light hitting their fish tanks, but it's definitely good for the growth of ur fishes, especially for tropical fishes. if u r worry about algae, just get a flagtail, it'll do the trick lol
