270 plywood sump

That looks terrific! Did you just use masking tape as a form / barrier for pouring the epoxy resin?

Are you fiber-glassing the outside? I'd probably put perimeter bracing on it either way since epoxy resin is kind of brittle on it's own.

Thanks! Nothing but masking tape for the barrier. I am not fiberglassing the outside, just oil based exterior primer and gloss white paint. I am filling with no braces and watching deflection, I am told by others that at only 26" high I will likely see none. I will also have 5 glass baffles siliconed in at some point to help brace also. I'm not making any decisions until I fill test and see what I am actually dealing with. I have considered euro bracing with 3" wide glass, but making one of the end pieces 6" wide to be a sock holder. Can't wait to see what happens!

Here is a pic of the sump with the waterproofing completed.

The next step was a water test and figuring out the deflection. I'm happy with the way that went also. Here is a measurement empty

And one full

I will now make arrangements to get it into the basement and silicone the glass in. I have vacation in mid July so I would like to get it in place and baffled then. I am still interested in having more silicone recommendations.
