So... I've been going through all kinds of sites and I found some smaller fish that I like the look of. Anybody have any expeirence with any of these guys? Good or bad? Please keep in mind I don't plan on getting all of these fish, lol. This is just brain storming. Thanks!

Guppies
Neon Tetras
Endlers live bearers
American flagfish
Glowlight tetra
Golden white cloud
Sparkling Gourami
Terquoise (pearl) Danio
Zebra Danio
Longfin zebra Danio
Starry Night Pleco

Just a suggestion but you could go with rams, kribs or shell dwellers.

I like the look of cardinal tetras... thing is though they don't live too long.
What's the price range?... How about 2 female zebra pleco's and a male?:D

I love the Rams, so that's something to think on. I also just googled the Zebra plecos and they are awesome! I'm not to overly worried about price because I won't be getting everything all at once. But I also don't want to spend $200 on one fish. About how much do these guys run? I have a feeling that they are out of my price range. Also, how hardy are they and will they eat my plants?

They won't eat your plants... You can usually find them for around $100. They are one of the rarer sought after plecos, you can usually find a few breeders in your area... Don't buy them all from one breeder though, get the male from some place different than from where you get the females.
I only mentioned them cause my dream is to someday breed them, they're a very attractive fish.

3-4"

A small handful of Leopard Ctenopoma would be great. Not bright in color but one of my absolute favorite small fish. They grow at max 6 inches, but it takes them a while to get there. They are most active at night or when there is low lighting.
