K, I'll look into a different combo...I didn't know much about rams and the lady at the store said she "thought they might be ok". Planned on just watching them and seeing how it goes. Ironically the ram has been chasing the firemouth a bit, but as of right now the fm is smaller.
On the filter I am leaning towards a 2nd AC 110 since they are dirt cheap right now and then I'd be set filter wise when I upgrade to a larger tank down the road.
