Instead of crapping all the money away , I think it would have been better to give us a PAYROLL TAX Break for the rest of the year. No Social or Medicare withholding. That would help the lowest earners the most. Remember about 100k it cuts off. Warren Buffets secretary pay more payroll tax as a % of income than he does.

eliminating social security and medicaid helps the lowest earners most? i'm not following that one. who is most likely to use social security and medicaid?

IT is tax free....It does NOT count as income. I have done my taxes this year. Those are all rumors.....
