2nd week of Thurday Fasting for my fish

I swear to you, it takes everything in my being to force myself to not feed my fish every Thursday.

Ha ha, yeah same here.

What i have noticed is at the end of the 48 hour cycle in which the fish have not been fed, my water seems gin clear. I mean, its always quite clear, but it just seems so much more.

The reason I started this is because I have been paying close attention to what and how much I feed my fish. I lost one or two fish to over feeding over the years, and I don't want to make that mistake again.

I also feed my fish for 2 days and 1 day off. I think that's the best way for their health and for the water quality which also effects their health.

Its all about water quality
