2Pac is one of the Greatest ALL Time. M has yet to get there imo. I love the Anger he used to rap about but he is like Fran Drescher... The voice just don't match Lol

this thread is more like em vs a baby. dude pac could have never reached what em has. Even if he was alive today he couldn't compete. His raps while catchy were not very talent oriented. just like biggy. the raps are simple and rely on beat. Em's raps could be spoken and u still would be amazed. he rhymes things that most cant or wont. dude is skilled. dont get me wrong i still listen to a little 2pac but his skills where NEVER that good. just catchy.
 
Yeah to each their own. PAC is on my top 3 all time. Biggie was a good "Vs" but Em... In my book is soft. Don't get me wrong I like a lot of his stuff n rhymes are sweet! Just his Voice don't cut it for me or the way he has let some rappers diss him n not say nothing back till it's blown up or something along that line (he did diss a lot of people back but let some slide, the image he painted should have never let time tic so long). I fell in love w/that Gangsta-Rap n PAC n Cube where neck n neck w/how my mind was back then.

Every era in rap changes. My best era was Pac's ;)

In the end I feel it's just the time frame of when Rap got into our blood... Obviously I got into it in the late 80's, early 90's before the Gang's rolled out w/the "Red Light, Green Light" thing.

So, that's why I think there is no competition against M (I'm sure you ask kids 3-4 years ago n Ludacris, T.I. Or Wayne will come up)

I was gonna post up some lyrics of both artists and show the superiority of Em's writing skills but then i realized I would have to edit 2pac's. Yeah, its all n word this n word that, so thats not gonna happen. You can look it up if ud like. U like his music so im sure you know. Its just not even close looking at just lyrics. Just lyrics, tupac will lose all day everyday. When comparing these 2 u got to look at other things.

You mention Em not dissing. Really? Dude takes pre-emptive strikes just to piss people off. Want a good laugh? Look up Em's song warning. Its a diss to mariah carey.

Go ahead and bring the Lyrics... Em still didn't touch as many people as PAC did. I can care less about Pac, what he stood for or the car he drove... None of it did nothing for me. It's the beats, the storys, the passion behind the voice and his "Thug Mentality" that drew me to his Music. I own Em's CD's n bump them too so this is WAY far from a Em diss ;)

Pac is just on the top 3 of West1's List:headbang2

He sings both rap and pop. When he sing as shady its more rap he sings as eminem or marshal it a cross of rap and pop. Oh and does 2pac have 3 singing syles? No
