I am not sure about the pond that you used to set it up. I would really suggest using those metal frame ones...as

the inflated pools r known to deflate one with supports is a better idea

Whichever pool you finally decide on, I suggest additional pond liners for insurance purposes. Imagine a small leak from such a huge pond...

Apparently the guy had this up for 2.5 years, so what do I know :)

I would get 3-4 cans of Great Stuff expanding foam, the one in a glue can and fill the ring up with that :D

hehe you must know something!:D
r y ok with your DIY filtration system in your pond?

Oh gosh, my filtration is my crowning glory. Couldn't really have made it any better. Of course, I could have spent an obscene amount of money on expensive pond filtration sets and it would have perhaps be close to what my DIY system is doing today, sometimes people just feel better when they spend money, but often times, like in my case, DIY is superior for a lot cheaper. The key is to understand the mechanics and dynamics of the nitrogen cycle.

Sometimes when you create something with your hands u can appreciate it better..
Many solution without through your money!
DIY for ever!!:headbang2
