Hey guys my concern is I haven't seen my gar eat at all is this normal??? I brought him home wed. Night there are minnows in the tank should I be worried?????

It can take a few days for a gar to adjust. Keep your lights off while he gets used to the tank to lower stress make sure all your water parameters are correct

The minnows are small some are a like medium size he sees them but won't go for them?temp is at 75,the minnows stay in group maybe that's why he won't attack them??
Also how long cam they last without eating???
