a pbass, clown knife, sturgeon........these are all future monsters. i hope you are not planning to put them in a 30 gallon for life. LOL. The pbass and clown knife needs at least a future 250 gallon, and a sturgeo needs a large pond.
really kk whell he attacks my clown knife every time and i would get a 2nd pbass but no store by me has any his size he will just eat any other pbass i get
Your pet store won't order anything for you? Im new to the site, but i got a few little pbass from my pet shop in Rhode Island, he did not have anything in the store so I just asked if he could get them and he had two in the next day or so.
Get him a buddy, i feel there should always be two or more of each species in a tank, unless its a Red Devil Cichlid.......
if the buddy is another juve,i think they might attack
Mine does this after i feed him. Hes a year old and after he eats he goes under his log. Im thinking i feed him to much.
I have a 18" mono peacock bass, don't trip don't worry. It's most likely not swim bladder disease , bass like to chill a lot. Most good predators dont expend energy unless its for food. Its true some fish swim constantly, but not bass IME. But def don't put the sturgeon in there with him. Sturgeon are almost always a cool water fish, not tropical, and it will slowly starve to death if his tankmate is a P bass. He will never get a chance to eat.
Don't get him a buddy, get him a bigger tank THEN get him a buddy... This guy has a p bass in a 30gal tank and y'all want him to get MORE tank mates???
My 3-4 inch p bass r now 8-10 inch p bass... They grow VERY fast.
